Level 1: Basic Requirements
Every business must meet all four points below to join the program.

| Women Leadership | At least one woman must hold a key decision-making role or ownership share. |
| Daily Production Volume | Your factory must produce a minimum of 1 tonne of food items every day. |
| Local Food Safety Approval | You must hold valid FDA or GSA certification for your products. |
Level 2: Advanced Readiness
These extra qualifications give your application faster review priority.
