SHEPAG Factory Technical Review

How the Program Works

Here is a simple look at the exact steps we take together to get your factory ready for global markets.

Step 01

Visiting Your Factory

Our team visits your production plant to inspect your working space, check how staff handle food, and look over your current record books.

Step 02

Checking Production Power

We test your machines and daily routines to confirm how much food you can output without losing taste or safety quality.

Step 03

Fixing Safety Gaps

When we find issues in your factory setup or paperwork, our experts work side by side with you to fix them quickly.

Step 04

Earning Global Approval

We train your staff on strict food safety systems so foreign buyers can trust your products and give you export orders.
